Sister School Partnership

ast Monday 13 August we welcomed Mrs Li, a teacher from our sister school, the Sports Park Campus Hangzhou Changjiang Experimental Primary School, in China. Mrs Li and another colleague, Ms Xing Ping, attended our Monday morning assembly. Mrs Li was introduced to the students and teachers and presented the school with a letter from the Principal of Sports Park Campus Hangzhou Changjiang Experimental Primary School, Ms Gan Dingxiong, and some beautiful art work from the Year One and Year Two students. The art pieces will be displayed around the school. We also presented her with some gifts from our school that she could share with the children and the staff when she returns to China.
After the assembly Mrs Li had a short tour of the school visiting a few of the classrooms. It was very exciting to meet with Mrs Li as it has provided a very personal link to our sister school in China.
